First ACC Women's Cross Country Team is Off and Running
The first women's cross country team at Alpena Community College competed in the Skippers Cross Country Showcase hosted by St. Clair County Community College this weekend.
Of the 10 community college teams competing, the Lumberjacks placed fifth. Emma Dickins finished 15th with a time of 21:31.90 for the 5000 meters. Elizabeth Barnhill was 24th overall with a 22:06.50.

The Lumberjacks return to action next weekend as they travel to Midland to run in the Northwood University Invitational on Friday, Sept. 6.
