The men finished sixth as a team, narrowly losing out to conference foe North Central Michigan College, and finishing behind winners St. Clair County Community College, Northern Michigah University's club team, Bay College and Kirtland Community College.
Both squads are tuning up for the biggest run of the season to date, the Michigan Community College Athletic Association's Northern Conference meet which takes place on Friday, Sept. 26 in Alanson.
